OVERVIEW: A three-day flag football clinic designed for girls, ages 7-17, who want to learn or enhance their skills and understanding of the game. Coaches will emphasize individual skill fundamentals and teach players how to organize into teams and execute set plays on offense and defense.
All aspects of the camp will be structured to encourage young female athletes to strive and achieve their full flag football potential in a supportive and safe environment. The goal of this camp is to boost each player's core fundamental athleticism and flag football skills.
The St. James will partner with DC Metro Flag Football to provide Best in Class instruction and work collaboratively with each player to help them develop self-confidence, leadership skills and accountability on and off the field.

*The Virginia Hurricanes run competitive flag football teams for girls ages 7-17 that compete locally, regionally and nationally. The Virginia Hurricanes have won five NFL Flag Football National Championship titles (more than any other girls flag football club in the country).
