HOOPED CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we will make every effort to be flexible when possible.

For the majority of our camps, classes, and programs, cancellations made at least one week prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable PayPal or payment-processing fees.

For cancellations made during the week leading up to the program, but before the day the program begins, we are often able to offer a credit toward a future camp, class, or event, subject to availability and program circumstances.

Some programs have different cancellation terms due to limited enrollment, waitlists, staffing, or specialty instructor commitments:

• Waitlisted Programs: For programs that typically maintain a waitlist, including Oyster Dedos, Splash, and SJC All Girls, cancellations made after June 1 will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
• Specialty Camps: For specialty camps, including Azzi Camps, no refunds will be issued within two weeks of the program start date.

We do not guarantee refunds or credits for cancellations made on the day of or after the program begins.

We encourage families to contact us as soon as possible if their plans change. We will always do our best to work with families while also honoring the staffing, instructor, and enrollment commitments required to operate our programs.
